Life & Spirituality — Reflections, Not Conclusions

About Course

This dialogue series brings together Dr. Ramesh Bijlani—writer, and inspirational speaker—and Prasad Rangnekar, yoga educator and mindset mentor, to gently explore how life and spirituality move together—not as separate paths, but as one unfolding journey. Across eight titles, science and spirituality meet through lived experience and quiet insight—not to persuade or instruct, but to softly settle into your subconscious. This is not a course to be followed, but a dialogue to live with—each title meeting you exactly where you are, when you are ready. Filmed at the serene Sri Aurobindo Ashram (Delhi - Branch),the series resonates with the timeless words of Sri Aurobindo: “All life is yoga.

……………………………………………………………………………………

The program unfolds as a Manthan—a conscious churning of ideas—where health, healing, relationships, ambition, anxiety, aging, spirituality, and meaning are explored through dialogue rather than doctrine.

Rather than offering techniques to follow or practices to perform, this program offers insight to assimilate. Each conversation creates space for contemplation, allowing understanding to arise naturally and find expression in everyday living.

Designed to be experienced at your own pace, the program encourages you to pause, reflect, revisit, and integrate—making it as relevant for first-time listeners as it is for repeated viewing.

This is not a course to complete, but a conversation to return to—whenever life calls for clarity, balance, or deeper understanding.
